Your Earning Potential
As a Usborne Books Consultant you will earn commission based on the number of books you sell and the method you use to sell them.

The Commission Schedule is as follows:
Direct Sales: 30% commission
Home Shows 25% commission
Web Sales: up to 25% commission
Fundraisers and Book Fairs: 17 – 30% or more in commission
School and Library Sales: 17 or 25% commission
Earn Cash Sales Bonuses!
As a consultant you can earn monthly CASH sales bonuses based on your total monthly net sales (net sales = retail minus commission) for home party sales, direct sales and sales to libraries and school. (The book fair program sales are not eligible for this bonus)

By selling: $350 – 699.99 in net sales in a month’s time frame you will earn a 3% CASH sales bonus!

By selling: $700.00 or more in net sales in a month’s time frame you will earn a 5% CASH sales bonus!

PLUS, you can earn recruiting CASH Bonuses!

When you have sold at least $350 net in a month’s time frame, you are eligible for a monthly cash override bonus of 4% on all your personal recruits’ net sales from that month.

In addition, when you promote to the Supervisor level, you can earn additional monthly cash bonuses!!!

Marketing Your New Business
Now, sit down and make a list of all your good friends. You will want to be sure to send everyone an email letting them know your good news. Set up a date to host your own home party. I am sure several of your friends would love to host a home party so they too can receive free books.
